Why A Wellness Festival?
Meet like minded friends, deepen your healthy lifestyle, & discover all the different options out there to help you practice a healthy lifestyle for you, your family & even your pets!
This event includes a morning information panel to ask questions and find our more about healthy options in our community. The goal of this festival is to provide resources and information to our community. This way people are aware of the different and social options that are in our region and available to them.
There will be FREE yoga & aerial yoga classes, vendors to address questions about nutrition, mental health, holistic care for animals, & other alternative modalities.
In addition to informational vendors there will be food, give-a-ways, music, products for purchase, & overall just some good healthy fun!!

- 9:30a - 10a Opening Ceremony & Yoga Stretch at the studio
- 10:15a - 11a Wellness Panel at the yoga studio ~ This panel will consist of several practitioners that will be available to answer questions that you always had.
- 11:30a - 12:00p FREE Zumba
- 12:30p - 1:00p FREE Intro to aerial yoga
- 1:45p - 2:30p FREE Restorative Yoga
