What Is Integrative Healing?
"If we change the body we change the mental & emotional systems & change the person" ~ Thomas Myers ~
Healing is a daily process & does not mean something is broken or wrong. I have learned through my process that healing means working at myself every day. I have helped my process through my own trainings and other healers helping me reach my goals. My hope is to work with you to develop skills that you can use to heal yourself & develop a practice for self happiness.
This blend of alternative medicinal practices, complemented by deeply guided intuition, restores the body to it’s natural state of vibrancy and internal energy flow by releasing any trauma or stagnant energy stored within the fascia and cellular memory.

Reiki is a Japanese technique that is used as a way to relax, restore, and heal physical trauma, support mental clarity, & spiritual well-being. It is an ancient practice that brings the universal life force also known to many people as "Qi". The practitioner is not doing the "healing" but, is a vessel to concentrate this energy from the universe to the client. Reiki is a light to no touch therapy, where the practitioner gently places their hands over different areas of the client's body. Styles and techniques will vary depending on the practitioner and their training. The setting of a treatment room is much like any massage or spa. The biggest difference is that the client is asked to stayed clothed. Clients are able to relax and unwind on a massage table, there is typically low light, soft music, and often essentials oils to help allow the senses to relax.
A typical appointment starts with a consultation and sessions are 60-90 minutes long. Tuning forks to help open up and clear chakras may be part of a Reiki session.

Reflexology Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears. Reflexologists believe that these reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them creates real benefits for the person's health. Many people confuse reflexology with massage, Reiki, or acupuncture, but there are essential differences between these therapies. Reflexology helps promote sleep, reduces stress & anxiety, and can be a benefit in aiding with pain and other chronic conditions. This includes a foot bath prior to treatment Sessions are currently based on a sliding scale Students/Retires/Veterans provided a discount
Mayan Abdominal Therapy Maya Abdominal Therapy is a non-invasive, external massage technique. It guides internal abdominal organs into proper position for optimum health and well-being. Maya massage improves organ function by releasing physical and emotional congestion from the abdomen. This massage is effective for both men and women. The technique applies anatomy, physiology, herbology, naprapathy and Ancient Maya healing techniques to address common complaints. The techniques work by relieving blockages and congestion in the abdomen to improve the flow of chi and fluids of the circulatory, lymphatic, digestive and nervous systems to prevent the progression of chronic disease symptoms.
Janneli Miller first heard of these techniques when she was working as a midwife. After attending a workshop with Rosita at a midwife conference in Florida in 2007 she became convinced that the practice was important, and embarked on her path to becoming a Certified Practitioner. Dr. Rosita Arvigo, DN, developed the techniques after apprenticing with Don Elijio Panti, a traditional Maya shaman from Belize. The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® (ATMAT®) combine modern science with traditional healing and wisdom to produce a holistic path to physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Janneli Miller has been practicing ATMAT® in the four corners region of Colorado since 2008. She brings her experience as a midwife and anthropologist to the practice, blending indigenous and scientific methodologies to promote healthy lifestyles and practices.
